Midwestern Greenhouse Gas Reduction Agreement
The Midwestern Greenhouse Gas Reduction Agreement, or Midwestern Greenhouse Agreement, is a regional agreement by the states of the American midwest in order to reduce their emissions of Gaz to greenhouse effect and has to fight the Climate changes. The signatories of the agreement are the Minnesota, the Wisconsin, the Illinois, the Indiana, the Iowa, the Michigan, the Kansas, the Ohio and the South Dakota, as well as the Canadian province of the Manitoba.
