Synopsis

middle-class Caresses describes the depravity of manners of the Bourgeoisie of a provincial town in Lombardy: Fabrizio has just killed his Valeria wife. And it is not possible no to choke the scandal, if not to make pressure on Marcello, the husband of Maria Teresa, on the Italian authorities judicaires. Why Fabrizio did it kill his wife, if it really killed it? Renato judge starts his investigation. Of her coast, Maria Teresa, the cousin of Fabrizio, remains persuaded of the innocence of this last. However, Maria Teresa does not know any more very well where it is, married to impotent, Maria Teresa has just learned that Marcello is on the point of recognizing the child whom his driver made with his good. For the first time, vis-a-vis the board of guardians in which it always took refuge, Maria Teresa retorts firmly.
