Mid-west of the Rio Grande C Sul

The mésorégion Center-Ouest of the Rio Grande C Sul is one of the seven mésorégions Rio Grande C Sul. It is formed by the association of thirty and a municipalities gathered into three microrégions. It recovers a surface of 25 954,689 km ² for a population of 556.062 inhabitants ( IBGE - 2005 ). Its density is of 21,4 hab. /km ². Its IDH is of 0,810 (UNDP/2000).
