Microrobotique
The microrobotic is the branch of the Robotique which studies the design of robot-like devices evolving/moving on a micrometric scale. That implies the comprehension of the physical phenomena concerned (Force of van der Waals, surface Tension, etc) and the study of the manufactoring processes (microsystems) of the elements of very small scales.
