Microrégion de Três Passos
The microrégion of Very Passos is one of the microrégions Rio Grande C Sul pertaining to the mésorégion of the North-western of the Rio Grande C Sul. It is formed by the association of twenty municipalities. It recovers a surface of 3 856,166 km ² for a population of 141.637 inhabitants ( IBGE - 2005 ). Its density is of 36,7 hab. /km ². Its IDH is of 0,779 (UNDP/2000). It is bordering with the Argentine, by its Province of Misiones, and the State of Santa Catarina.
