The microrégion of São Paulo is one of the seven microrégion S which subdivides the metropolitan Mésorégion of São Paulo of the State de São Paulo with the Brésil.
It comprises 8 municipality S which gathered: 13597629 inhabitants in 2006 for an total surface area of: 2348 km ².
