The microrégion of Ribeirão Preto is one of the seven microrégion S which subdivides the Mésorégion de Ribeirão Preto of the State de São Paulo with the Brésil.

It comprises 16 municipality S which gathered: 967890 inhabitants in 2006 for an total surface area of: 6007 km ².
