The microrégion of Cachoeiro C Itapemirim is one of the three microrégion S which subdivides the southern State of the Espírito Santo with the Brésil.

It comprises 10 municipality S which gathered: 344869 inhabitants in 2006 for an total surface area of 4099 km ².
