Microblog
The microblog is a derivative of the Blog which makes it possible to send messages in short format (less than 200 characters) and to make them divide to its knowledge or any interested person. There exist several channels to send messages, called " frazes" or " tweets" according to the service used:
- Internet site of minis-blogging
- Instant messaging
- exportable E-mail
- application on other sites like Netvibes or Facebook
- sms
- Mobile Internet WAP, 3G, GPRS
Typical application of the Web 2.0, the minis-blogging developed into 2006 in the United States with services like Twitter or Pownce. In addition, of many Internet sites popular or social networks developed their own service of minis-blogging. Lastly, the phenomenon internationalizes since the beginning of the year 2007 with the appearance of local networks of minis-blogging such Frazr (France, Germany, Spain) or Zuosa (China).
