Mick Mars
Bob Alan Deal , more known under the pseudonym of Mick Mars is a Guitariste born the May 4th 1951 with High Ground (Indiana) known to be the principal guitarist of the group of Heavy Metal Mötley Crüe.
Biography
It is one of the founding members of the group. Since it was recruited in 1981 after having answered the advertisement put by Tommy Lee in stores The Recycler , no album of Mötley Crüe left without Mick Mars to the guitar. He nevertheless always dissociated other members of the group (known for their many escapades) from his serious and its character holds. He is in addition the inventor of the name of the group.
Mick Mars is reached of a chronic inflammatory disease which touches the articulations, the Spondylarthrite ankylosante. A too long presence with the sun is disadvised to him. Its style on scene in is in addition affected since it tests from now on difficulties of being driven and to be held upright over a prolonged period.
There remains always condidéré however today like a very large guitarist. The sound of guitar of Mick Mars is in addition identifiable with the tuning in D (a tone lower than the traditional tuning) than it used throughout its career with Mötley Crüe.
