Michele Rivasi
Michele Rivasi , born the February 9th 1953 with Montélimar is a French political woman.
Profile
It is former student of the National university of Fontenay-Aux-Roses and professor of IUFM.
Deputy of the Drome of 1997 with 2002, related member of the Socialist party. It is today member of the party the Greens (France).
Founder of the Commission of independent research and information on the radioactivity (CRIIRAD) in 1986, after the Catastrophe of Tchernobyl.
President of the independent Research center on the electromagnetic radiations (CRIREM)
Member of
- Commission of national defense and the armed forces;
- Board of inquiry into Super-Phenix and the die of the nuclear reactor to fast neutrons and coolant sodium;
- the Parliamentary office of evaluation of the scientific and technological choices.
Michele Rivasi was director of Greenpeace France of September 2003 at November 2004.
She is member of the committee of sponsorship of the French Coordination for the Decade of the culture of peace and Non-violence.
Michele Rivasi currently teaches with the IUFM of Grenoble, Isere.
