Michel de Rostolan

Biography

Its political commitment begins with its militancy with the movement from extreme right-hand side Occident, dissolved in 1968.

Michel de Rostolan founds in 1970 the Renaissance circle, which gives itself for main aim “to bring a cultural answer in May 68” . In practice, the circle seeks to bring closer the right and the Extrême right-hand side.

Michel de Rostolan adheres to CNI in 1973 and climbs the levels gradually of them: it enters to the management committee in 1980, becomes national secretary in 1982, general secretary of the federation of Paris in 1983 and finally vice-president in 1987. Following the example Edouard Frederic-Dupont in Paris and of Yvon Briant in the Val-d'Oise, he is elected in March 1986 related appointed National front on a joint list CNI-FN, in the the Essonne. He tries to create, with the deputy UDF Christine Boutin and the deputy RPR Hector Roland, a “group of study parliamentary to support the reception with the life” , in vain because creation is not authorized by the National Assembly.

He leaves the CNI in December 1987 and becomes president of the support group with Jean-Marie Le Pen, substitute Olivier d' Ormesson, resigner because of the remarks made by the president of the FN on the gas chambers Nazi are.

Michel de Rostolan is then city council man FN of Saint-Michel-sur-Orge, of 1989 with 2001. He is also regional adviser of Île-de-France since 1992.
