Michel Tomi

Michel Tomi was the associate in business of Robert Feliciaggi, elected Corsican assassinated on the carpark of the airport of Ajaccio in Corse-du-Sud in March 2006. With his daughter Marthe Mondoloni, it is put in examination for the illegal financing of the RPF of Charles Pasqua. and

Michel Tomi and Robert Feliciaggi was put in examination for “Faux”, “illegal Financement of electoral campaign” and “Breach of trust”.

Michel Tomi appeared in October 2007 in the lawsuit before first authority for the supposed illegal financing of the countryside of RPF for the European elections of 1999. November 12th, 2007, he admitted with the audience that part of the sale of the casino of Annemasse (Haute-Savoie) in 1995 had been well used to finance the countryside of Charles Pasqua and Philippe de Villiers. The funds lent by Robert Feliciaggi to the RPF would have indeed been a counterpart of the authorization of exploitation granted by the minister Charles Pasqua. These funds did not come from the transfer of shares of a Gabonese company of bets, Cogelo, but of “ its share on the sale of the casino” of Annemasse ”. His/her daughter Marthe Mondoloni, managing Gabonese PMU, played the part of intermediary twice. However Michel Tomi refuses to recognize that this payment constitutes a “Pacte of corruption”.
