Michel Noir (born with Lyon the May 19th 1944) is a Politician French which was mayor of Lyon. Condemned in the business Pierre Botton, it had to give up the policy.

Wire of a jeweller setter, and Pink Dreyer, it is one of the rare French politicians to be co-opted within the Bilderberg Group, one of most powerful associations international mondialists. It becomes consulting of company.

• 1989 - 1995: mayor of Lyon, president of COURLY.
• In 1990 it leaves the RPR
• 1996 It must leave the political life after its judgment in call, the January 10th 1996, in eighteen months of suspended sentence and five years of ineligibility for concealment of abuse of corporate asset in the business Pierre Botton, his ex-son-in-law and campaign director.
• 1998 It resumes its studies and takes down a doctorate of sciences of education.
• 2000 It then created a company, Scientific Brain Training (Villeurbanne), specialized in the innovating products intended to involve and optimize the memory, in company of Doctor Bernard Croisile, neurologist, and of Frank Tarpin-Bernard, data processing specialist.
• 2005 the turnover of SBT reaches 1,8 million euros including 60% with export.
• 2006 Its company, Scientific Brain Training (SBT), carries out on May 2nd an stockmarket entry on the open market.
