Michel Moreigne

Michel Moreigne is a French political personality , member of the Socialist party born the May 6th 1934. Doctor of profession, it was elected senator of the Creuse the June 27th 1973 then re-elected the September 28th 1980, the September 24th 1989 and the September 27th 1998.
