Michel Herjean born on December 11th 1943 with Brest. Militant trade unionist and Breton freedom fighter , it takes an active part in the events of May 1968 and all the fights with the arsenal of Brest. It adheres to rear Strollad Vro in 1973 and is candidate with the cantonal elections (canton of Brest-Recouvrance) where it will be opposed to Francis the Corn, mayor P.S. of Brest. Later, it joined FASAB (Breton Self-management Socialist Face). It is invested in the popular fights in Brittany (antinuclear committee, anti-regrouping, black anti-tides) inside COBAR.

Stopped in 1978 in the days which follow the attack against the Château of Versailles, it obtains a withdrawal of case in this file. Member of FLB/ARB of 1974 with 1981, considered as instructor in explosive and member of the Kuzul Meur, it is judged by the Cour of state security in 1979. He is imprisoned until the month of August 1981, dates to which he profits from the presidential amnesty.

Member cofounder (1983) of Emgann, he will be the secretary with the international businesses during several years.

Active member of Skoazell Vreizh since 1985, he becomes the general secretary in 1989 about it until in 2003, year when he resigns of association.

In 1984, it organizes and structure with Jose Luis Alvarez Santa Christina (Txelis) a network of lodging of Basque refugees in Brittany.
