Michel Granger
Michel Granger is a French painter, born the October 13rd 1946 with Roanne, installed with Paris since 1969.
Publish its first drawings (watercolours) on the topic of the ground in the review " Pilote" in 1972.
Since April 8th, 2007, he sponsors the Village of the Book of Ambierle in the Loire
From March 1975 in January 1985, it carries out for TF1 many drawings to illustrate the tv news of the chain and some emissions.
Michel Granger also carried out certain small pockets of discs of Jean Michel Jarre.
The two artists met in 1975 in a Parisian gallery where Michel Granger exposed his works. Jean Michel Jarre bought one of his fabrics to him which was going to become six months later the small pocket of its album Oxygène (1976), then there will be Equinoxe in 1978, and much of others.

- Upside down , published into 2004 with the Glénat editions. Preface of its exellence Mr Boutros-Boutros Ghali, photo portrait of Sébastiao Salgado.
It carried out many posters, in particular for UNO, UNESCO, the Cannes festival 2001, Reporters Without Frontiére. Its work was published in many newspapers throughout the world, (New York times, Der Speigel, express train etc).

He works since 1970 on the topic of the GROUND, he is precursory in painting of the broad ecological topics of today. Its paintings on this topic, were published in the national press and international since 1972 (NewYork Times, Der Spiegel, Sapio Japan, the Express train, the Point, Nouvel Observateur etc). A book " TERRE" gather all this work.
Work in this moment with the realization of immense paintings of 10 measure length by 4 measure the broad one, these paintings called " Empreintes" are realized with tanks Lecler and AMX 10 RC in partenarias with NEXTER-SYSTEM.
