Michel Giard (born in 1946) is an author French. Very attached to its native Sleeve, it devoted, inter alia, a work with the Canton of the Piles. Moreover, he is historian of the SNSM and specialist in Norman foams and sailors. True touch-with-all, it as well publishes detective novels, books of history or curiosities.
