Michel Dufour

Michel Dufour is a Politician French, born on November 8th, 1940, member of the French Communist party.

Teacher of trade.

Political career

It was one of the craftsmen of the victory of Robert Hue at the time of the congress of the Communist party in March 2000.

In March 2000, it entered to the Gouvernement of Lionel Jospin to become the first Secretary of State to the Inheritance and cultural Decentralization. Its entry had been desired to counterbalance the arrival of Laurent Fabius

Mandates

In 1967, Waldeck Rochet did of him one of the youngest general advisers of France by making it elect in the department of the Hauts-de-Seine.
June 1997 - March 2000: senator of the Hauts-de-Seine
March 1998: General adviser of the Hauts-de-Seine
March 2000 - 2002: Appointed Secretary of State to the Inheritance and cultural Decentralization under the Government of Lionel Jospin.
