Michel Dobkine

Michel Dobkine , born on April 11th 1956 with Paris, is a legist and senior official French.

Biography

At the conclusion of its formation to the national school of the magistrature in 1983, Michel Dobkine is named substitute of the Public prosecutor to the Court of Bankruptcy of Compiegne jusqu´en 1986. It joined then the central administration of the Ministère of Justice until in 1992, date on which he becomes chief of the office of the legislation penal, financial, economic and social with the Direction of the criminal cases and the graces (DACG). The Minister of Justice, Pierre Méhaignerie charges it, between May and September 1994, of a mission on the fight against corruption.

It writes, in 1995 a comprising report/ratio of the proposals to improve the formation of the magistrates out of economic material and financial.

It turns over to DACG in the capacity as sub-manager, posts that it occupies until in 2001. Michel Dobkine joined then the Ministère of the Economy and Finances as a sub-manager delegated to the legal missions of the customs. Indicated Public prosecutor close the Court of Appeal of Nimes in November 2002, it remains at this station until its nomination with the head of the National school of the magistrature to Bordeaux in October 2005.

May 22nd 2007, it is named Principal private secretary Minister of Justice Rachida Dati, function of which it resigns on July 6th, 2007.

He is knight of the National order of the Merit, holder of the Training certificate to the profession of lawyer and graduate of Swedish Littérature.
