Michel Delebarre is a Politician French, born the April 27th 1946 with Bailleul (Northern).

It began its political career at the sides of Pierre Mauroy, with the Town hall of Lille, then with Matignon. It will be then seven times minister in left governments. It is him which will inaugurate the first ministry for the City, in the government of Michel Rocard. He is elected appointed the June 16th 2002, for XIIe legislature (2002 - 2007), in the 13th district of the Northern . He belongs to the socialist group.
