Michel Cluizel is a Chocolatier of luxury French, since 1948.
Michel Cluizel is one of the rare chocolate sellers in the world to work broad beans of Cacao. Surrounded by his four children, it thus works out chocolates of exception in its workshops, in the south of the Normandy, where 200 people work. Inventor of the Gruétine, mixture of Crane of cocoa and Caramel finely crushed, and especially of the neologism Cacaofèvier.
Today, more than 6.000 professionals of the taste in Pastry making or restoration use or resell its chocolates in the world.
A store-window, with the sign “the Shop Michel Cluizel” (in the past “the Fountain with the chocolate”), expose its principal products to Paris, street Saint-Honore. To the the United States, Michel Cluizel comes to open an in August 2004 subsidiary company: “Noble ingredient”.
