Michel Brizard

Native of Paris, he was successively principal private secretary of the prefect of the Gers, sub-prefect of Gourdon and general secretary of the Lot.
As from September 1976, Michel Brizard exerts the functions in the central administration as head clerk of the financial distributions to the direction of the local government agencies, then as sub-manager of the Equipment.
He was prefect of the Lozere of 1985 with 1987.
Prefect of Haute-Savoie, it is named treasurer payer of the Lot on January 4th 1992.
