Michel Boutant

Michel Boutant is a French Politician born the November 23rd 1956 with Chabanais (Charente).

He is the president of the General advice of the Charente since April 1st, 2004 and general adviser of the Canton of Montbron since March 29th 1992.

Mayor of Montbron since 1995, it resigned of this function in April 2004 in accordance with the law on the office plurality of the mandates. He remains assistant with the mayor of Montbron. Michel Boutant is substitute for Jean-Claude Viollet, Député (socialist) of Charente since June 1st 1997. He is President of the Syndicat of country of Horte and Tardoire.
