Michail Os Doliwo-Dobrowolski (more known under the name of Michail von Dolivo-Dobrowolsky ) in Russian: Ru МихаилОсиповичДоливо-Добровольский/ Ru-Latn Michail Os Doliwo-Dobrowolski ) January 2nd 1862 with Gatchina close to Holy Petersburg - November 15th 1919 with Heidelberg, was a German engineer of Russian origin.
