Michael von der Heide

Michael von der Heide (born the October 16th 1971 with Amden) is a Musicien, Chanteur and actor Suisse.

Biography

It passes its childhood in the village of Amden before moving in French-speaking Switzerland in 1987. It follows courses of song and gives a concert to Nyon. In 1989, it begins a formation from male nurse with Winterthour. In parallel, it improves thanks to various courses: song, jazz, rock'n'roll, etc In 1994, it makes a 6 months stay in London then returns to Switzerland in 1995 where it gains the Swiss price of the scene “Goldener Thunfisch” for its concerts with Lili the Pink. It then decides to be devoted entirely to the music.

In 1996 leaves its first album Michael von der Heide . With its group, it takes part in the Paléo Festival of Nyon. In 1997, it makes a round in Germany then leaves a new album in 1998: “30°”. Other rounds follow: in Switzerland, Germany and Austria. It also makes an appearance with the Festival of summer of Quebec in 1999. In 2000, it receives the price “Deutscher Kleinkunstpreis” (song category) and leaves the album " Tourist".

The album-live recorded “Hildegard” with Cologne leaves in 2001. It also makes theater by interpreting Stalin in Digital part “DER Wikinger”. In 2002, it appears in duets with Nina Hagen. Its album “Frisch” leaves the same year, the round of the same name takes place in Germany and Switzerland the following year.

In 2004, it gives a concert to the Montreux Jazz Festival. It pays homage to Edith Piaf at the sides of Catherine Ringer and Régine inter alia. In 2005, Michael von der Heide leaves a best-of, “2pièces”, with four new songs.
