Michael Marshall Smith (Born on May 3rd, 1965) is a British novelist . Born with Knutsford, in the Cheshire, he moved very early with his family initially in Illinois then in Florida. At seven years, it déménagat again, this time in South Africa, then in Australia before turning over to the the United Kingdom to the beginning of the year 1970.

This name change is in an original manner with the publication of another book under the same name in 2001 by Martin J. Smith . At all events, Michael Marshall Smith then decided to use this separation to publish various types of books under the two names.
