Michael Dudok De Wit

Michael Dudok de Wit (Abcoude (Netherlands): 1953 -) is a realizer of cartoon films Dutch.

He works in particular in Richard Purdum (London), then launches out on his own account. He currently lives in London.

He becomes famous in the world of animation in 1994, with his short film “the Monk and the fish” realized within the framework of the program " Artist in résidence" Folimage studio in Valence (France). The film, nominated with the Oscars, makes the turn of the festivals and remains a reference.

Realizer of a certain number of publicities (5 for AT&T, for American Airlines preceded in Annecy in 2005), it carries out his chief of work Father & Daughter (Grand Prix of the Festival of Annecy and Oscar of the short film of animation in 2000).
