Michael Disavows , born Eric Alexander Rennie the August 25th 1909 in Idle close to Bradford and dead the June 10th 1971, was a British Acteur .

Biography

He was noticed in 1936 in a hearing for a film of Alfred Hitchcock in particular for his big size (1,93 m) and his imposing presence, and connected small roles for which he was not credited. Its roles became increasingly important in the Années 1940, until it is selected to interpret extraterrestrial Klaatu in the Day when the Earth stopped , for which it is especially known. The continuation of its career consisted especially of appearances in Televised series like Alfred Hitchcock presents , Perry Mason , In the middle of time or the Invaders .

Its role in the war of the Brains makes it possible to have an idea of its talent. If one quotes it during the 2/3 of film, it appears only at the end, smiling, sure of him, but very dangerous, and in a few minutes it gives a worrying consistency to a threat which is only named most of the time.
