Synopsis

Lawyer in one of the largest law firms of New York, Michael Clayton arranges discreetly and by all the means the embarrassing businesses of his customers. A powerful agrochemical firm is ready to make hundreds of victims by the means of a chemical pollution to grow rich, and it is defended by one of lawyers of the law firm, Arthur Edens. When this last tries to sabotage all carried out work, one then will entrust to Michael Clayton this file. It cannot escape any more the choice which is essential on him: to choke the truth or to make it burst, with the danger of its life…
