Michael Bernhard Valentini is a Médecin and a Collection German nor , born in 1657 and died in 1729.

After obtaining its title of doctor in 1686 with Giessen, he becomes professor of Médecine in this same city and constitutes important a Cabinet of curiosities. He is the personal doctor of the margrave of Assia. He is the author of Museum Museorum , first study of the collections of Europe. He makes appear in 1720 a work of Comparative anatomy of Vertébré S. He is member of the Royal Society the November 10th 1715, of the Deutsche Akademie der Naturforscher Leopoldina and of the Academy of Berlin.
