Michał Wiśniowiecki

Michał Korybut Wiśniowiecki was King of Poland of 1669 with 1673. It was born the July 31st 1640 with Wiśniowiec and died the November 10th 1673 with Lvov.

Wire of voïvode ruthén Jeremi Wiśniowiecki and Gryzelda Zamoyski, he marries in 1670 Eléonore de Habsbourg, girl of the emperor Ferdinand III of the Holy roman Empire, king de Bohême and of Hungary.

Haloed victories of his father over the Cossacks, he is elected the king of Poland the June 19th 1669 by the minor nobility which voted for a Pole after the bad experiments with the foreign kings and against the will of the aristocrats. It is the candidate of the Austrian party vis-a-vis the duke of Enghien, wire of the Grand Cop. Under its reign, the Poland is decentralized, the central capacity, ruined, fall to the hands from the tycoons.

Its widow married Charles V of Lorraine.
