Michał Kalecki is a economist Polish born the June 22nd 1899 and dead the March 17th 1970.

Its principal work concerned the theory of the business cycles. It also brought decisive projections in the application of the Mathématiques to the Economic dynamic.

The originality of Michał Kalecki is to have built its theory on the basis of Marxist concept , while connecting it with concepts suitable for the economy keynésienne. Thus, its theory integrates the conflicts of class as well, as the concepts more keynésiens of redistribution of the incomes and Imperfect competition.

Some of its work inspired the keynésiens of the school of Cambridge, in particular Joan Robinson and Nicholas Kaldor, as well as American economists Post-keynésien S.
