The field of information will be able to also communicate in a faster and effective way, by transmitting practically on line received information. The commercial field will find as for him a new means of earning money, publicity this will make increasingly present on the Web, going until flooding the cybernaut and his computer in an uncontrolled way. The art of the new media is regarded as a subset of two more general categories: the art and technology and the art of the media. Name art and technology recover practices like the Web art, robot-like art, art genomic, having recourse to technologies which are not necessarily related to the media. The art of the media as for him includes the video art, art and transmission, and experimental film. The art of the new media is thus with the intersection of these two fields.
