Mia Martini

Mia Martini (of its true name Domenica Bertè ) was born the September 20th 1947 with Bagnara Calabra (Calabria), died the May 12th 1995 with Cardano Al Campo (Province of Varèse). It was the sister of the singer Loredana Bertè.

Mia was especially known in the Sixties, under the pseudonym Mimi Bertè . The first successes arrive however in the Seventies, when she interprets Padre davvero E Gesù E me fratello .

Much is his/her friends, who sometimes greet it as participants among the chorus-singers in his concerts: Claudio Pascoli, Maurizio Preti, Shell Shapiro, Carlo Siliotto, Ares Tavolazzi, Giulio Capiozzo, Loredana Bertè (his/her sister) , Ivano Fossati, Cristiano de André, Guido Harari, Ezio de Rosa, Helped Cooper, Riccardo Zappa, Antonio Panarello, Gilberto Martellieri, Franco Cesaretto, Mimi Gates, Ralf Gewald, Mark Harris, Piero Mannucci, Peter Brandt, George Cocilovo and Jurgen Kramer.
