Meyerode

Meyerode is a section of the common Belgian of Amblève located in German-speaking Communauté and Walloon region in the Province of Liege.

It was a commune with whole share before the fusion of the communes of 1977.

Etymology

Clearing (germ. rotha ) of the farmer (German Meier )

Church Saint Martin's day of 1455, nave rebuilt in 1930 by the architect Henry Cunibert.
