Mexican kitchen

The Mexican kitchen is a Cuisine regarded as very varied from its heritage prehispanic and European (Frenchwoman and Spanish, but also with influences of the kitchens African, the Caribbean, Asian and of the Middle East (Lebanon).

But the traditional base of this kitchen is the Maïs, the Haricot and the lawyer which constitute also known typical food before the arrival of the Spanish to the Mexico.
