The Mexican peso ( MXN or $ ) is the official currency of the Mexico. It had also course in all the North America. In agreement with the decree signed the July 6th 1785, the currency manufactured in Mexico was the base of the monetary system states-unien until the April 2nd 1792, date on which the the United States of America created their own currency. The first emitted decimal part was that of a copper centavo in 1863. The first part being marked peso was struck out of money (27,07 gr.) during the second Mexican Empire in 1866 with the effigy of Maximilien. The first peso with the weapons of the Republic was it in 1869.On took again the manufacture of the parts of 8 réales of the same weight and silver title because they were appreciated like means of exchange and hoarding in Far East (China particularly) but also in Japan, in Thailand, Malaysia… The part definitively found its name of Peso in 1898. During the Mexican Revolution Francisco Villa and Emiliano Zapata made circulate of the money pesos struck in their zones of influence.
