Metiz\' Art

The concept of the festival METiZ' ART is to propose a cocktail of cultures accessible to all. It is this concept associated with an good organization who allowed him to join together nearly 90.000 spectators in 7 editions and to become one of the first festival of France only organized by students.

Presentation

History

Created in 2001 by two members of the ACUENIM (Religious Organization of the National school of Engineers de Metz), the festival METiZ' ART was held this year for the seventh time. Become as of its beginning the first festival in France organized by students and offering programming worthy of largest the festivals, its objective is to propose to the public a whole in concerts and animations of quality and all that for a weak price of entrée.

The site

the festival Métiz' Art is held in the center town of Metz. The beginning of the festivities takes place on the places and in the bars then the festivities of Saturday proceed within eau.

Springboards

the springboards aim to promote the regional musical groups in order to exploit the water level at the sides of the heads of posters and in front of many people. Four springboards are generally organized:

Metal /Pop/Rock
Electro
French song/World
Ska/Reggae

The selections are thus done in four evenings in several towns of Lorraine.
