The service methods or service of the methods in industry is charged to provide the tools useful for the production in order to improve the total productivity of the company, to improve the work conditions and to provide the tools for analysis necessary to the studies of standard costs.

Positioning in the company

There is often a confusion between Méthodes and Industrialization because the two services in many companies are gathered in only one, however, the nature of work and the position in the chain of life of a product differ.

Indeed, industrialization will be located between the Research department (or R & D) and the production, the methods will be in parallel of the production.
