Method test and learn
Method of management of project known as of " Test And Learn" consist in setting up projects subjacent with the global project, the Building sites , and to measure their effectiveness quickly in order to evaluate the relevance of the project. Each , experience feedback feedback , established at regular and relatively short intervals makes it possible to correct the weak points and to determine actions to carry out to optimize the building site. It is about an approach of work which aims at improving the building sites constantly.
Initially the building sites are often deployed on a reduced scale (representative sample…) in order to detect the problems quickly to be rectified. Then several phases of correction per mode of Feedback intervene. Once the conclusive tests the project could be deployed completely.
