Metal Molding Injection

Process MIM ( Metal Injection Molding ) is resulting from the Moulage by injection of the plastics adapted to the technology of the powders. Metal is mixed with a binder, then injected; the part “is then déliantée” in a furnace under atmosphere controlled, and sintered, sintering atteind 2247F on average.

This technique with the advantage of being able to create complex forms with an excellent surface quality and fine tolerances. More profitable for complex forms, the MIM allow the realization in averages and great series of small parts for a vast market: medical, clock industry, spectacle industry, tools, electric household appliances, connector industry, car, etc

Thanks to this technique and with the powder technology it becomes possible to create extremely homogeneous alloys, which have very good corrosion resistances, and another qualities… But the rise of the ugv since the Eighties, the possibilities multiply for machinings complex
