effect CREIL is the name given by its authors to a hypothetical physical phenomenon ever observed in experiments interaction between light and matter. The Acronyme CREIL means Coherent Raman Effect one Incoherent Light , that is to say “Coherent Raman Effect acting on a Light temporally Incohérente”. Effect CREIL was proposed by two brothers, Jacques and Jean Moret-Bailly, now reprocessed, and was the subject of no publication in international scientific magazines of astronomy to Reading panel.

Presentation

According to its authors, effect CREIL predicts that in the presence of two electromagnetic waves and under certain particular conditions, the matter can produce a coupling between the two waves, whose result is a bringing together of the Fréquence S of the two waves, highest decreasing with the profit of lowest which increases. Always according to its authors, effect CREIL does not predict diffusion of the light, and would be homogeneous on all the frequency spectrum. It could appear even when the quantity of matter is too weak to produce a visible diffusion. None of these assertions was the subject of experimental confirmation or publication in scientific magazines at reading panel. Work of Misters Jean and Jacques Moret-Bailly was diffused on electronic Internet site of Prépublication, ArXiv. They were not taken again or quoted by other people of the academic medium (see external Liens section below).
