Mesnil-Angot is old a common French, located in the department of the Manche and the area Basse-Normandie.
Geography
The village of Mesnil-Angot is by longitude 01° 11 ' 44" West and by latitude 49° 13 ' 31" North. Before fusion, its surface was of 4,08 km ². Altitude varies from 1 m to 37 m, with an average altitude of 1 Mr.
History
February 28th, 2007, Mesnil-Angot amalgamated with Graignes to form the new commune of Graignes-Mesnil-Angot. Indeed, the growing old population of Mesnil-Angot was too very few to ensure the operation of the commune.
