Mercy-Alexis Monteil
Mercy-Alexis Monteil is a Historien born the June 7th 1769 with Rodez, in the Aveyron, deceased the February 20th 1850 with Cély, in Seine-et-Marne.
He marries Marie Rivié, known as " Annette" (1776 - 1813) (downward of the Lusignan and Focras of Neuville), which dies prematurely, leaving him an only son: Alexis (born on April 1st 1804).
He was secretary of the district of Aubin under the Révolution. In 1799, it teaches at the Central School of Rodez; in 1804, at the Military academy of Fontainebleau. Of 1827 with 1844, it publishes Histoire of the various States .
