Mercedes-AMG
Mercedes-AMG is a German preparer cars of mark Mercedes-Benz. It is a subsidiary company Mercedes-Benz since 1999 which enables him to be the only manufacturer in the world to propose fifteen models of more than 500 horses.

History
AMG was founded in 1967 in the town of Burgstall, by an engineer of Mercedes, Hans-Werner Aufrecht, the " A" , and its financial partner Erhard Melcher, the " M". The " G" comes from the town of Grossaspach, birthplace of Aufrecht. The three initial ones thus mean Aufrecht Melcher Grossaspach .In 1971, AMG gains in Spa-Francorchamps with their from now on celebrates Mercedes 300 SALT 6,8 liters, a large truck surpuissante what point out them of a rich person international customers, which enables them to garner some special orders.

In 2000, the sales are assembled to 11.500 units.
In 2002, there was an attempt to adapt the technology of the diesel engines on C30 but which will remain without continuation, because with a diesel engine it is impossible to reach a minimum variation of output higher than 100 horses between the blocks of series most powerful of the Mercedes range and its variation AMG.
