Melfor
The Melfor , is a Condiment containing Vinaigre of alcohol, Miel and infusion of plants.
It is a product of the company Higy, company of Alsatian origin established with Mulhouse since its creation in 1922. Fernand Higy, founder of this SME, is at the origin of the development of this single product on the market of the vinegar. Melfor is since its creation a success without equal in the East of France. More than 8 hearths out of 10 consume some regularly in the Haut-Rhin, the the Low-Rhine and the the Moselle.
