Melchiah is a Boss plays Legacy off Kain: Drunk person Reaver and Drunk Reaver 2 . It is doubled by Michael Bell in original version and by Marc Bretonniere in the French version of Soul Reaver (its French voice in Soul Reaver 2 is not known).

Visible Melchiah in Soul Reaver 2 is actually its old human incarnation, that of a warrior séraphéen.

Reaver drunk person

Melchiah is the weakest last and of 6 wire of Kain. It settled with its offspring beyond the former Clan of Raziel.

With the wire of the centuries, they evolved/moved in way monstrous. Melchiah will find the redemption only when Raziel kills it and devours its heart. Raziel then obtained the capacity to cross grids in the spectral sphere.

Thereafter, Raziel discovers the Tomb of Séraphéens, and learns the truth on its birth and that from his/her brothers. They had been Séraphéens, hunters of vampires, and Kain had profaned their tombs to make of them the representatives of the race which they had to swear to exterminate.

Drunk person Reaver 2

In the past of Nosgoth, Raziel discovers a part of the fortress séraphéenne dedicated to the generals during their crusade. One can see a portrait of Melchiah there.

Thereafter, Raziel will understand that the crusade of Séraphéens were not a holy mission but an appalling butchery and he disavowed his past.

Later, towards the end of the play, Raziel is found 500 years before the birth of Kain and one sees the " Raziel Séraphéen" taking part in the murder of Janos Audron with his/her other brothers (the only general absent is Rahab).

Raziel will kill it one second time (for the first time actually) at the any end of the play, at the same time as Zephon.
