Melanie Skotnik born the November 6th 1982 with Hersbrück (Germany), is a German athlete become French (in 2005), specialist in the High jump.

It gained the national title in Germany in 2003.

The February 18th 2007 with Clermont-Ferrand, it jumps 1,97 m, beating the record of France of Maryse Ewanje-Sword which dated of July 21st, 1985 with Colombes in the open air.
