Mehriban Əliyeva
Mehriban Arif qızı Əliyeva (in Azerbaijani, often transliterated in Mehriban Alieva , born in 1964 with Bakou) is an Azerbaijani member of Parliament, woman of the president of the Republic of Azerbaïdjan İlham Əliyev and ambassador of good will of UNESCO.
Life
Mehriban Əliyeva (born Paşayeva ) was born in a family from scholars. His/her father Arif Paşayev, doctor in Mathematics and Physics, are currently vice-chancellor of the national Académie of aviation in Bakou. His/her mother Aida Imanquliyeva († 1992) was Philologue and a famous arabist. In 1982, Mehriban Əliyeva finalizes its studies at the secondary Public school #23 in Bakou and receives a gold medal for success in its school studies. A few months afterwards, it is allowed with the Azerbaijani Université of medicine. Then, it continues its studies with the Académie Sétchénov of Moscow, where it finishes them with a diploma of honor in 1988.
The career
In 1988 - 1992 Mehriban Əliyeva worked with the Institut for the scientific research of the diseases of the eyes of Moscow carried out by Dr. Mikhaïl Krasnov. In 1995, it established the foundation the friends of the culture of Azerbaïdjan and became its chief. In 1996, it launched the magazine of the culture and history Azerbaïdjan Héritage published in Azeri, English and Russian, and became editor association.In 2002 Mehriban Əliyeva was elected President of the Azerbaijani Fédération of gymnastics. Its enthusiastic work had like consequence the decision of the International federation of gymnastics for the behavior of the Championships of the World of Eurhythmics of 2005 in Azerbaïdjan. In 2004 it established the Fondation Heydər Əliyev which concentrates on the study and publicity the political ideology of Heydər Əliyev. In 2004 Əliyeva was indicated ambassador of good will of UNESCO for its promotion of the traditional music. The same year, she was also elected executive member of the Olympic National committee of Azerbaïdjan. A national survey held in Azerbaïdjan in 2005 gained the title of the to him Femme of the year . It is the first woman with becoming knight of the Cross of ruby decreed with it by the charitable international foundation the owners of the century for his philanthropic work.
In 2004, Əliyeva became member of the Nouveau Party of Azerbaïdjan . During the elections parlamentaires of 2005 it was elected appointed with the National Assembly of Azerbaïdjan.
The family
Əliyeva married İlham Əliyev in 1984. They have two girls: Leyla and Arzu, and a Heydər son.
